On the occasion of Financial Literacy Days, MAPAS held an educational session for the employees of the Municipality of Centar, aiming to emphasize the importance of financial education and accurate understanding of the pension system. Participants received an overview of all three pillars of the fully funded pension system.

MAPAS experts provided a clear explanation of the first, second and third pension pillars, outlining how each pillar functions, how funds are calculated, and how citizens can monitor their pension savings through available digital tools. The importance of staying informed and accessing accurate data was highlighted as essential for responsible and long-term financial decision-making.

The session included an interactive discussion, where participants asked questions, requested additional clarifications and shared practical examples, which contributed to a deeper understanding of the three-pillar structure and its benefits.

The event reinforced the significance of Financial Literacy Days as a reminder that timely knowledge is key to stable and responsible financial planning. MAPAS remains committed to supporting financial literacy and helping citizens build a secure financial future.
