Project ’’Support to Agency for Supervision of Fully Funded Pension Insurance’’
The project “Support to the Agency for Supervision of Fully Funded Pension Insurance” is currently implemented in the Agency, as part of the IPA component TAIB 2008.
The project’s objective is to provide technical assistance to the Agency which will strengthen its the supervisory capacity, will establish strategic and business planning will define and document business processes and enable the development of IT and research capacities. The project foresees the implementation of the standard ISO 9001.
Three key components are:
- Implementing risk-based supervision practices
- Strategic and business planning with business processes definition
- Improving knowledge management and security
The BNB-Consortium is the Contractor, providing the services requested, responsible for the management and implementation of the project. It is composed by BNB Consulting (as leader), Emeklilik Gozetim Merkezi and Hacettepe University.
The specific objective is to provide technical assistance to the Agency, in order to strengthen its supervisory activities and establish procedures and standards for continuous and stable development of Agency.
Our expectation is that with the successful completion of the entire project, the Agency will be institutionally strengthened, with staff who is technically better prepared and trained, with risk based supervision introduced, with developed strategic and business planning, business processes documented and established standards of quality.
This will help us in easer achieving of our mission of providing safer retirement days for the members of pension funds.
